The Founder
Meet Alyssa.
For 13 years, Alyssa served as a registered nurse in the pediatric ICU, where every shift demanded precision, composure, and care.
Outside the hospital, she was a physique competitor. The nurses on her unit began asking how she stayed so healthy on such a demanding schedule, so she started teaching them. That quiet beginning became A Fit Nurse®, a brand that went on to serve more than 40,000 clients and customers.
